Valdon Lloyd "Val" Foster of Marietta, Oklahoma was born Thursday, January 30, 1941 in Dexter, Texas to Calvin Cecil and Leta Maxine Abbe Foster and died Monday, June 12, 2023 at his home in Marietta at the age of 82 years, 4 months and 13 days.

Val had owned and operated several businesses in Marietta including Frosty's Cave, the Red Rooster, a Phillips 66 gas station, Foster Trucking, and a used car lot. He was his own man and lived a full and fulfilled life. He was proud of the fact that he raised 5 children, including his biological son, Jason Foster.

At this time, per his wishes, there will be no services held. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of John David and Laura Black Griffin with Laurel Funeral Home.
