Treva Avis Fleischmann

Treva Avis Fleischmann, mother, sister and wife was born, Thursday, April 26, 1951 in Wilson, Oklahoma to Avis and Iva Geraldine “Jerry” Shrader Powell and passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 13, 2021 in Houston, Texas at the age of 70 years, 6 months and 17 days due to heart complications.

Treva was a small-town girl who blossomed into a cosmopolitan woman living all around the world.  She was very intelligent and highly creative. She loved to paint, create and host special events, and was an avid reader. She had a sharp mind, a great sense of humor, and keen, natural instincts for business and investments. She owned and managed a thriving antiques business for over eight years.  She was always generous as well as loved and admired by all who knew her. Treva will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all that were fortunate to spend time with her.

On October 12, 1968, Treva married Robert C. Fleischmann, her high school sweetheart.  On February 25th of 1969, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, who was the most important part of her life.

Treva is survived by her former husband, Robert C. Fleischmann; daughter, Sean Travina (Fleischmann) Borrelli-Boudreau and her husband Joel; granddaughters, Noelle Ava Borrelli-Boudreau and Nadia Satine Borrelli-Boudreau; sister, Robin D. Garza and her husband John.  Treva is preceded in death by her mother, Iva Geraldine (Jerry) Shrader Dunn; sister, Twyla Throneberry and a brother, Shane Dunn.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Healdton with the family officiating.
