On October 29, 2021 Diane Hope Hallum died peacefully with her husband David Lynn holding her hand. Her and David met August 15, 1977 in Largo, Florida and he knew she was the woman of his dreams. They were married in Kingfisher, Oklahoma on January 3, 1978 and she had been his life’s partner ever since.
Diane is survived by her sons, Mike Jackman and his wife Cindi of Menasha, Wisconsin, David M. Hallum & Beverly Ramos of El Reno, Oklahoma, Christopher Hallum of Tabor City, North Carolina; husband of 43 years David Lynn Hallum of the home; sisters, Cheryl Throm Daken and her husband Bill of Franklin, North Carolina, Cindy Thomas and her husband Bill of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Kimberly Bohatch of Latrobe, Pennsylvania; 8 grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Danny Karr of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and his wife Joan Throm formerly of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Mary Lou Throm Bloom and her husband Frank formerly of Franklin, North Carolina; brother, Jack Throm formerly of London, England.
Diane was loved by many and will be missed by many! She loved kids and animals. They filled her heart with joy. Her eyes would light up when she spoke to her grandchildren. She loved to paint picture on her phone, as her friends and family knew so well as she sent them at all times of the day or night.
There are no services planned at this time. The family is requesting in lieu of flowers, donations to help with the final expenses, can be sent to Laurel Funeral Home.
